What you pay, when you pay it, and what the quoted figure does and does not include.
There is no deposit and no balance on delivery. The full transport charge must be received before we collect the vehicle. This keeps the process simple, and it means nothing is outstanding while your car is on the road.
How you can pay
Four options. Use whichever suits you.
Bank transfer
Our account details are issued with your invoice.
Credit or debit card
Paid online, at the point of booking.
Cash
Accepted, subject to UAE cash-handling regulations.
What the quote covers
Unless your quotation says otherwise in writing, the figure you are given is the transport charge — and only the transport charge.
Included
- Road transport of the vehicle from collection point to delivery point
Not included, unless stated in your quote
- Import duty and VAT
- Customs charges
- Inspections
- Storage
- Destination handling
- Government fees
Where we pay any of the above on your behalf, it is invoiced to you separately at cost. We will always tell you before we do.
What can change a quoted price
A quote is built on what you tell us. If the reality differs, the price moves. These are the things that do it:
