FAQs

Booking

For GCC routes, 3–5 days ahead is comfortable. Shared carriers fill up around holidays, so book earlier for Eid periods. Urgent single-vehicle moves can often be arranged within 24–48 hours.
Yes — the booking form accepts up to five vehicles. For larger consignments, request a quotation and we will arrange dedicated capacity.

Pricing

Online prices are starting estimates, not confirmed rates. Our team confirms the final quote after reviewing your booking. Any additional charges — for non-running or oversized vehicles, or remote locations — are disclosed before you pay.
Bank transfer and secure card payment links. Payment is requested after the final quote is confirmed — never at the estimate stage.

Documents

Typically: the vehicle registration card (Mulkiya), your Emirates ID or passport, and an export certificate if the car is being deregistered. We prepare the customs paperwork and tell you exactly what applies to your case.

Customs

We do. Paperwork is prepared before the truck moves, and our team coordinates the crossing. You do not need to be present at the border.

Border

Transit times are estimates and are subject to border and customs processing, which can vary. We keep you updated at every stage, including any delay at a crossing.

Pickup

Yes — door pickup across all seven emirates. The driver completes a photographed condition report with you at collection.

Vehicles

Yes. Tell us in the booking form so we send a winch-equipped carrier. A non-running surcharge applies and is shown before you confirm.

Insurance

Carrier liability cover applies during transport. For high-value vehicles we recommend all-risk transit insurance — ask us for a quote with your declared value.

General

Our primary network covers the GCC: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman from the UAE. Our extended network reaches Jordan, Lebanon and Syria on a quotation basis.

Payment

After our team confirms your final rate. You receive a confirmation with a payment link; nothing is charged at the estimate stage.

Delivery

The driver delivers to the consignee address, walks through the same condition report from pickup, and both sign. You receive a completion notification with photos.
